Win & Share Payday Summer Giveaway Terms

Background
These Terms and Conditions govern the “Win & Share Paydays” Prize Draw ("Prize Draw") promoted by GoodPAYE and Payroll Giving Plus Ltd, trading as StC Payroll Giving (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By participating, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Wearegoodgiving Ltd (Company No. 13256341) and Payroll Giving Plus Ltd (Company No. 04641570) are registered in England and Wales, with a registered office at Unit 97 c&d Harvey Drive, John Wilson Estate, Chestfield, Whitstable, Kent, CT5 3QT.

1. Definitions and Interpretation
“Closing Date” means 5:00 PM on 21st August 2026.
“Draw Date” refers to the days listed in Clause 5 on which winners will be selected.
“Opening Date” means 6:00 AM on 13th July 2026.
“Prize Draw” means the Summer Prize Draw 2026.
“We / Us / Our” refers to GoodPAYE and Payroll Giving Plus Ltd t/a StC Payroll Giving.
“New Donation” means when an employee who is not currently donating via Payroll Giving sets up a new donation.
“Additional Donation” means when an employee who is already donating sets up a new donation to a different charity.
“Replacement Donation” means when an employee cancels an existing donation and sets up a new instruction.
2. Prize Draw Entry Rules
The Prize Draw is open to all UK residents aged 18 or over, with the following exceptions:
Employees of StC Payroll Giving, GoodPAYE, PayCaptain.org, and APGO member organisations and their immediate family members are not eligible.
3. Opening and Closing Dates
The Prize Draw opens at 6:00 AM on 13th July 2026
The Prize Draw closes at 5:00 PM on 21st August 2026.
Entries received after the Closing Date will not be valid.
All qualifying new or additional donations made between the Opening and Closing Dates will be entered into each daily draw.
4. How to Enter
Entry to the Prize Draw is free. No purchase is necessary.
You can enter via your employer’s online form or via GoodPAYE website for qualifying donations, or by completing this form
We are not responsible for lost, delayed, or faulty entries due to technical issues.
Referral Bonus Entry
- Participants can receive additional entries by:
- Sharing a unique referral code with colleagues
- That colleague using the referral code when submitting their entry or setting up a qualifying donation
Conditions:
- The referred colleague must meet eligibility criteria and complete a valid entry
- Referral entries are only awarded once per referring participant
- Self-referrals or misuse of referral codes may result in disqualification
5. The Prize Draw
Winners will be selected every working day between 13th July and 21st August.
Each daily winner will receive a £100 cash prize.
Winners will be notified by email or phone within two working days and must provide bank details to claim.
If no response is received within 7 days, the prize will be forfeited.
Prizes are non-transferable and may be substituted with alternatives of equal or greater value.
We may publish winner names and employer details unless you object by contacting us.
6. Winner Story Sharing
By entering the Prize Draw, winners may be invited to share their story about why they donate through Payroll Giving and the charity they support. Participation in such publicity is entirely voluntary and subject to the winner’s prior written consent. Any shared stories may be used in promotional materials including newsletters, websites and social media, with the winner’s approval.
7. Limitation of Liability
These Terms do not affect your statutory rights.
We do not exclude liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or other liabilities not permitted by law.
Otherwise, we accept no liability for losses or damages resulting from participation.
8. Privacy and Personal Data
Your data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy available at Privacy Policy – GoodPAYE
9. Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of England.
Disputes will be handled by the courts of England, Wales, or Scotland depending on your residence.
